Tammy Rumberger is a registered nurse who has spent her career in home health care. This website represents a new chapter — a transition into virtual nurse health coaching where she can offer her expertise in stress management, nutrition, and lifestyle changes on her own terms.
The challenge: Tammy had no web presence for her coaching practice. She's a full-time home health RN who can only devote two days a week to coaching. She needed a professional site that could attract clients, establish credibility, and handle the intake process — all without requiring constant management.
The Solution
The result is a clean, warm, hand-coded website designed to do the heavy lifting for her. A consultation form integrates with Calendly so potential clients can book directly after submitting their information. A fillable PDF client agreement streamlines onboarding — pre-embedded with Tammy's signature, auto-populating dates, with locked fields to prevent accidental changes.
The copy was written to bridge clinical credibility with approachable warmth. Tammy is a registered nurse — that's trust and authority built in. The website needed to communicate that expertise while making visitors feel comfortable reaching out about personal health struggles.

The Result
This project is still early. The site just launched, and organic SEO is a marathon — everyone knows the speed at which Google operates. Tammy is building her coaching practice alongside her full-time nursing career, which means growth will be steady and intentional rather than explosive.
The long-term plan includes a blog featuring patient journey stories that target long-tail keywords and build topical authority in the health coaching space. The foundation is in place — the site, the SEO structure, the intake system. Now it grows.
